Intercultural coaching
for executives
and project teams

The question of what leadership and cooperation means for the future in global companies, presents itself more fundamentally in the age of globalisation. The world economy has become a highly complex field. How can effective leaders and teams develop their potential in this global context?

In the wake of the globalisation that has been increasing for years, the demand for intercultural competence development has also increased in the form of on-the-job coaching.

What can you expect from me?

Successful coaching of executives and teams requires many years of experience – both in the role of leader and as an executive coach. This experience, combined with my profound psychological and communicative knowledge, is the basis of my daily work. For over 20 years I have accompanied leaders and decision makers from industry and society as a coach in intercultural contexts.

If desired, I can accompany you and international project teams as part of my job as an intercultural coach, in Germany as well as abroad, and advise you on optimising your intercultural cooperation.

I am able to act as a mediator in conflict situations. Conflicting opinions are a part of life. In international project teams, ideas, feelings, ways of thinking and route guidance differ for different members. Tensions and conflicts develop, costing time and money, burdening the working environment and everyone involved. There is a need for clarity, which always involves the chance of a solution in itself.

The methods are scientifically sound and have been in use for more than two decades in the following regions:

  • South, Central & Eastern Europe

  • Latin America

  • Asia

  • India

  • Middle East/Nord Africa

  • Africa
